Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds are issued once the project has started (i.e., after initial deposit payment and kick‑off). This includes design, development, or consulting time already invested.
A full refund of the deposit is only available if:
In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. This is evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis at our sole discretion.
Monthly care plans are billed in advance. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Setup fees are non‑refundable.
Any fees paid for domain registration, premium plugins, stock photography, or third‑party licenses are non‑refundable as they are purchased on your behalf.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend all services and pursue legal remedies.
